Our Mission
The Shiloh Israel Children's Fund was established by David Rubin and friends of Israel in the United States to support therapeutic, educational and recreational projects for children in the heart of the Land of Israel, particularly in the Shiloh bloc of communities, where the children have suffered terribly from the terrorism of the past few years. While the terrorists didn't succeed in killing David and Ruby, they have murdered too many of their close friends and neighbors, some of whom were children. The residents of Samaria are determined and believe in their right to live in the heart of the historic Land of Israel, but it hasn't been easy with the daily fear of being shot at on the roads or having your loved ones blown up on a bus.

These are all child terror victims from the Shiloh bloc of communities who were brutally murdered in terror attacks

Yonatan Eldar, 16 years old, murdered while learning Torah in his high school library.
Shmuel Yerushalmi, 17 years old, murdered in a bus bombing
Yehuda Shoham, 5 months old, murdered by a rock thrown at his head while riding in a car with his parents

Gila Sara Kessler, 19 years old, murdered in a bus bombing
Avi Sutton, 17 years old, shot and murdered while playing basketball at his high school
Har-El Bin Nun, 18 years old, shot and murdered in a terrorist ambush

Noam Apter, 23 years old, shot and murdered while preparing dinner in the kitchen of his religious seminary

Those who have suffered the most are the children, who are experiencing pain and fear, not to mention the loss of siblings and even parents, which of course is a child's worst nightmare. The Shiloh Israel Children's Fund has undertaken to help terror victims by supporting projects for children in the communities that have been most affected by terror:

    1. Children's Playgrounds
    2. Biblical Parks and Gardens
    3. Post-Trauma Treatment Programs
    4. Aid to Educational Heritage Projects for Children
    5. Toys for Kindergartens and Nurseries
    6. Summer Camps for Children of Traumatized Communities
    7. Assistance For Hands-On and Therapeutic Learning Programs
    8. Scholarship Funds for Terror Victims
    9. Direct Aid to Orphans and Widows

"How long will you be lax in coming to take possession of the Land
that the Lord, G-d of your fathers has given you?" (Joshua 18:3)
