Shiloh Israel Children's Fund was established by David Rubin, who is the former mayor of Shiloh, Israel. This children's fund was established with the help and support of  friends of Israel around the world after David and his three-year-old son were wounded in a vicious terror attack by Muslim terrorists in the Biblical heartland of Israel. The goal of the Shiloh Israel Children's Fund is to respond to terrorism by helping terror victim children to live happy and productive lives in the heartland of Israel.
